Quality is important to our customers, that is why our cold store is one of the most modern in Germany. It is made up of two deep-freeze rooms of 2000 square meters. Newest technology allows us to work very effective. Moveable storage units and the block store offer the option to store different kinds of food. To make sure goods can be handled immediately by our staff the cold store is connected to a 450m² large hall and a 80m² shock freezer. Speed is one of the most important rules in handling food and our employees are professionals in this business.

The shock freezer and the delivery hall contain tube-railing for hanging products. The shock freezer has a capacity of 50 tons per day.

If needed we can put packed meat onto pallets in our delivery hall. This hall is cooled by additional ventilation to guarantee the absolute freshness of all products. High power compressors and cooling aggregates make sure that the cold store has a constant temperature of -20/-24 °C.
